Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
